How to buy
First select the type of product you require from the categories shown
ie. Hoodies, Polo Shirts etc.
Repeat this step within the Sub catergory shown choosing
ie. Unisex Hoodies, Ladies Hoodies, Men Zipped Hoodies
You will then be shown the available styles and brands.
Please select the product you require. (The price shown on this product includes 1 Embroidery or Print in 1 position).
Once you have chosen the product you require.
- Choose your Size from the drop down Menu
- Choose your Colour from the drop down menu or by clicking on the coloured icons.
- Enter the require Quantity for this size and colour
To add your personalisation:
- First click on the icon click here to personalise your garment (included in the price)
- Choose type of personalisation from the drop down menu ie, Left Breast - Embroidery
- You are then given the following 3 choices:
- Upload Your Artwork: if you have a logo or a piece of artwork you require going onto your garment click upload file this will open a browser on your desktop where you can choose the file you would like to send.
- ... or enter text: if you require just text enter it here in the box ie, Academy Workwear you can specify a font our standard fonts used is Arial (we have 1000's of fonts but if it is not a standard font we would ask you to upload the font as a true type font in the upload artwork) and colours maybe given.
- or enter NAMES: if you require individual names as your personalisation please enter them in this box. if you have ordered a quantity of more than 1 of a certain size and colour. List the names seperating them with a comma for each of the garments. for example if you require 3 Large Red Hoodies with individuals. in the Names box: SMITH, BARLOW, REEVES. in white
- At this stage you can add to basket or go to step 4 to add additional personalisation (NOT included in the price)
- If you require other sizes click continue shopping your Personalisations will be kept unless you choose a different product.
Click on the icon Add additional personalisation (NOT included in price) and repeat as per steps 3
- Click View basket to check your order and Checkout
- You will be given 3 options:
- Login as a returning customer.
- Create an account (this is a good option if you think you will be a returning customer as it will hold all your order information, not credit card details)
- Or checkout without creating an account. (ideal for one off orders)
- Follow the steps through the transaction stage filling in the required feilds marked *
- There is a Speacial Instructions Box where you can add any additional information you think we require. Put required delivery dates. On completion of your transaction details you will receive a confirmation email detailing your transaction.
- Within 2 working days you will recieve a Digital Proof showing how your item will look colours and layout. Complicated embroidery proofs may take longer.
- On Approval of your proofs your order will aim to be despatched within 5 to 10 working days.
- All orders are despatched by either of our 2 current carriers DPD and Citylink, requiring signature. All consignements are tracked through the relevant websites.
